At the moment this seasons plays will be "Four divided by Four", "Woman By The Window, Man Passing By", "Krapp’s Last Tape" and finally, "M.E.D.E.A." which had the premiere in the İnternational İstanbul Theatre Festival and The Theatre Olimpics. The play "M.E.D.E.A." is a modern adaptation of the "Medea" by Euripides. Builders of Tiyatro-Z, Bengi Heval Öz and Cem Kenar have great belief in new writers, new directors and new graduate good actors and actresses and the energy within them. They are willing to give good chances to them in their own theatre and grow bigger with their experiances. Free will and creation will be their motive on this non-subsidized theatre despite the pre-paid ones. They are willing to work with people who still has something to say. Therefore, they do auditions and gain more people to the group. This year for the plays "Four divided by Four" and "Woman By The Window, Man Passing By", new 5 friends are with us in the crew. |

Theatre is a big ocean and theatre groups are ships and boats in the sea. There are those big ships you can't see at once. There are those ships chased by the seagulls. There are also little fishing boats that are trying to make the day. They stand between the waves of the big ships. They don't roll over the waves, they don't run away from the wind, they watch the marks of the seagulls in the air... we are unfurling from Galata to İstanbul. Good luck to all!
